To integrate live help on your website, you will have to first create the flow that you want to expose on your website. Here’s how you go about it.

  1. Go to Whatfix Homepage
  2. Sign up as a Whatfixer
  3. Install Whatfix Flow Editor on your Chrome or Firefox browser
  4. Go to the website you want to create the flow on
  5. Launch the Whatfix Flow Editor installed on your browser
  6. Start creating your flow

To integrate the flow directly into your website (like the examples above), you have to use our javascript. By integrating our javascript, you can remove the extension dependency on the flow and further tailor the launching of the flow.
