We are extremely thrilled to show the latest enhancements that we have made to Whatfix!
This month, we have rolled out two significant upgrades that you are going to love.
These upgrades reflect your feedback, making it easier for us to create the best possible user experience for you. They will give you a more consistent way of customizing Whatfix widgets according to your web application.
Let’s start with the changes in Whatfix’s Tooltip.
We’ve already rolled out the new configuration settings for Whatfix Tooltip. It is available for all Whatfix Enterprise accounts. With the latest update, the appearance of Whatfix Tooltip can be customized completely.
This is an account-level feature that can be configured by your admin.
To enable Whatfix Tooltip configuration, perform the steps below:
Here’s a sneak peek of the new Tooltip Configuration:
The elements in the Tooltip Configurations are as follows:
There are five colors that we have provided in the color select boxes. If you need to include a particular color other than the given five, then you can do so by using the HTML Hex code.
Font Style – Currently the available font styles are Italic, Oblique, and Normal.
If you have already customized your Tooltip appearance according to your web application during integration, then that will take precedence over the UI changes in Tooltip configuration.
To activate the changes made in Tooltip configuration, please remove the existing UI customization done during integration.
For more details, please contact your Success Manager.
Whatfix Tooltip will now display a fade in and fade out animation effect while moving through each step, during a live run. This will make the appearance and reappearance of the tooltip much smoother.
The Self-help widget now has a new look and feel, along with some feature upgrades.
This here is the new look for our Self-help widget:
With the latest update:
These upgrades are available on all Whatfix Enterprise accounts. The Admin need not enable it manually.
We have a lot more UI upgrades that will be coming soon for all the Whatfix widgets.
