What is the See-Live mode?

When is your flow broken?

Each flow is associated with a number of successful live runs. By comparing the number of successful live runs to the total number of views, you can tell whether your flow is working perfectly or not. In the case your flow is broken, you will see a high number of failure count against it.

Why is your flow broken?

Your flow may be broken due to multiple reasons. Here are a few:

  • Your assignation of element is faulty
  • The website where you created the flow changed its layout
  • Whatfix couldn’t correctly identify the selected web element
  • The optional step you chose did not fit in
  • Or you made an erroneous entry while entering your credentials

How to fix your flow?

Every flow has an edit option. You can edit your flow any time after publishing it. If you find it to be broken, then you can launch the full edit option for an advanced editing interface.

Here’s how you can fix your broken flow in full edit:

  • Inaccurate assignments can be corrected by reselecting the element
  • Your flow can be tweaked in edit mode according to the change in websites layout
  • You can use the CSS selector to pinpoint the web element you need to select
  • Verify the optional step and remove if necessary
  • Add a brief note below the description of the flow to guide users efficiently
